    5.3l lsx in 65 stang

dont forget that LS motor needs a standalone electronics package and a manifold for a carb, which can cost $1000 for both to piece together. plus stock those motors dont come with forged goods and need to be gone through regardless IIRC. i watched the turbo video. that stock motor wont live...

So I have heard the Mustang II suspension has poor negative camber gain..

ok i see. that slot is for camber and caster. you can tilt that control arm while in the slot to achieve your caster needed. those slots look like a good size for getting proper camber adjustment. didnt heidts send you info about adjustment capability when they sent the kit?

So I have heard the Mustang II suspension has poor negative camber gain..

sla units have good camber gain. those slots should be for adjusting caster. IIRC, the MII uses shims to adjust camber.

    How much Vacuum?

15 usually is enough. if the pedal is spongy you may need to bleed the brakes or swap the master cylinder. a power brake booster won't appear "spongy"

So I am debating which DOHC v8 to use...

how about an LS1? if you want to stay ford, my vote is definitely the 4.6L 4V cobra motor. The earlier (99-01) blocks were alum which helps the weight quite a bit. plus you can go t45, t4650 or t56 which will all make great power and reliability. Plus they will be easy to swap since many ppl...

    Rear End Whining

you need to take it apart and put a new crush sleeve in and likely go the bearings. you cant just tighten that nut. i have had a customer do just that and his axle was broke within 200 miles and needed a complete rebuild, incl gears. take it apart now and set it up right so u dont have to buy parts
