    NPD is great fast shipping, large inentory, competively priced and just good people. Mustangs Plus and Mustang Depot are also great service oriented people. I buy with confidence from all three. Best tech advice seems to come from Mustangs Plus.

    sounds about right to me. what type of warranty is he putting on it? I had a 289 done about 2 years ago and they put a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty on it also. However, he also put heads on it.

    install and repair tech for sprint for 8 years. befor that cable splicer. mostly just trouble maker although that doesn't pay as good. And I am paid to live in sunny Florida. I drive my stangs year round. Aint life great.

    Personally I have had bad experiences with firestone. I stray away from firestones since the mid 1980,s. But they probably have improved. The classic look of BF Goodrich radial TA's is always good, If you are lucky enough to find them. I think they stoped making the good ol TAs.
