    Optional Handling Suspension GT

If it were a "package" why not list it under "optional packages"? I think it is either a mistake, or a vague reference to the suspension diff between V6 and GT. I still find it unsettling about this document that it quotes 2 different HP figures for both motors.

    Optional Handling Suspension GT

They are referring to an option package that was on a previous (probably fake) version of the order sheet which listed "optional handling package". However the fact is that is no longer appears on the "real" one, as a seperate package. I think we are getting all riled up about a typo, or vauge...

I HAVE THE OFFICIAL ORDER GUIDES AND CODES

The HP #s still conflict in the 2 sections. I still don't buy it.

    Ford Pulled the Order Guide

Who cares...that thing was so full of errors and contradictions, it looked like a "photochop" (if such a thing exists with documents) anyway.

    2005 will have IRS option

IRS vs Live is not a "suspension upgrade". It's a whole damn new rear end. It's not going to be an option. The 2005 Mustang GT will have a live axle...get it through your heads. If they were going to give it an IRS, they would have. Nothing has changed here...as always, if you want IRS, go...

    2005 will have IRS option

I find it interesting that there is a typo on this "official" document. Or, if not, Ford is certainly going to take a bath on that 7" wheel option offered exclusively on the GT. Furthermore, I question the "MPS" stereo, as well as the Torque numbers which are listed once as 320@5400 and...

[PICS] Bay Area Pony Drive, 2005 Mustang

Now why doesn't Ford do an "All Access" drive thing like Volvo just did with the S40, or Mazda does, or Benz...etc. I think this is a fatal flaw, they are very "look but dont touch" with this car.

[PICS] Bay Area Pony Drive, 2005 Mustang

I think the 5 spokes are ugly, and chrome is even worse. Chrome does not belong on a performance car. However, those rims need to be 18 or 19 inch and have lower profile tires on them.

    pics of 05 stang unveiling

Again, what happened to the "short shifter" from all the initial photos. The one that barely poked out above the boot. The knob isnt even the same. I still don't believe any of these pics are the FINAL production version. They keep changing little things.

    2005 looks nice,but,

Well, my opinion was hurt by the NYIAS, but I will still give the benefeit of the doubt that the "tour car" was simply abused. That the broken door handle was the fault of some little rug-rat tugging too hard on it. What i can't forgive though were those horrible seats. An upgraded seating...

    2005 looks nice,but,

It's a three-quarter assed attempt at a "premium" looking car (Like a RX-8 or 350Z). I wish they would have just gone all out and if the car cost 32k loaded and some people got priced out, so be it, too bad. The 350Z and RX-8 are also "heritage" cars with cult-like followings, and those...

    2005 looks nice,but,

I don't own an mustang. I own a Contour SVT. So I am comparing the seats to the ones in that car. I am also simply wondering why, they would not put bolstered seats in a "performance car". Especially on the GT model. That, is truly mind boggling. I said it looks worse in person, because...

    2005 looks nice,but,

I went to the NYIAS last night. Dissapointed, is the only word. Perhaps i just psyched myself too much, but seeing the car in person was very deflating. I keps hearing "go see it, pics dont do it justice." Well, im sorry, it looks just like the pics to me. In some ways, it's actually worse...

    I don't like the V6 Mustang

I don't see a difference at all. Rims and a Wing?? Driving lights that most people seems to want to delete anyway?

    2005 GT vs 2004 Mach 1

Montreal won in 93, The Rangers won in 94. The Devils (a real team) have won 3 out of the last 9, and appeared in 4. In the last 10 years, American teams have won 10 times. If I'm not mistaken, that Montreal team is the last Canadian team to even make it to the finals. It's all irrellevant...

    2005 GT vs 2004 Mach 1

Yankees? You're a Flames fan so i'm assuming you are from Calgary? As in Canada? OK, Nuff said there. BTW, when was the last time a Canadian team even won the Cup? Thanks for the sport, we'll take it from here. :flag:

    2005 GT vs 2004 Mach 1

Most chicks don't know the difference between a BMW and an Accordian. They know it's "NEW" and "EXPENSIVE" (looking anyway). I have a 2000 SVT Contour and i did the full Zaino Bros wax job on it, and had a girl i work with, who owns a 330xi, come in and ask me if my car was a BMW...If you are...

    2005 GT vs 2004 Mach 1

You are just as bad as people that stick SVT emblems on regular GT's. You didn't buy a Cobra R, get over it.
