Accufab Plenum/75mm TB arrived. Some Q's before the install?

The TBS requires a certain voltage. You adjust the voltage by loosing the tbs screws and slightly move it. Don't quote me, but I think at idle voltage is set at .8. If it's out of range you'll throw a code. Pretty simply but you'll need a volt meter. As the previous post discussed checking...

    RPMOUTLET.COM is scam

Assuming you are following the return policy I would also inform the TX better business bureau. I would write rpmoutlet a letter informing them of your actions. You might get lucky. I was involved in a similar issue and informed both the AG and BBB. I wrote the company a nice but firm letter...

    New owner

Lol, key fob. I haven't heard that term since my Fiat and webber carb days. I don't know about the key fob being self-programed, but if you need to have a key made at the dealer you pay dearly. Cost is about $100.

Just painted Cowl hood, now has scratches?

If there willing to fix the problem I wouldn't worry to much about it. As you mentioned in your thread they are a good shop. You can easily get hair line scratches on your clear coat when you wash and dry your car. Not using proper techniques and materials can be the cause of many hair line...

    Help w/ throttle sensor

My wild ass guess  is when you swapped the TBS to your new throttle body it's picking up a low voltage signal. You can adjust TBS voltage by loosening the TBS screw and moving it slightly. Put a volt meter on it to make sure your moving it in the right direction.
