    is the VIN area blank or is it covered by an aftermarket windshield. I have seen cars that have aftermarket glass cover the VIN and I have heard of people not putting them back in if they worked on the dash (repairs, new dash, etc.). good luck.

    cobra build number

    i think the number is 800-FORDSVT (someone will post if this wrong) it is your build number and the total production number for that model year. when you call just give them your VIN number and they will give you the info.
