What kind of bypass do you BOOSTED guys use?

Hey bro..long time no speak ;-) If 6-7psi is all you'll see for a while, the one provided with the kits will be enough. (noticed your not getting a new kit however)I have a bosch part#0280142102 (bypass valve) which is either the one that came with a factory Vortech kit or it may be a step...

I have porblem with headlight leak!

Yea, even on my '89 OEM lights, I drilled two very small holes (don't remember the size) on each of the two lower corners of the lights....a day or so in the sun and it cured it..... although I'm sure it would suck to be drilling on your NEW lights......if they were still BRAND new..I'd...

    Checking volts for TPS Sensor?

Do not use the black wire as a ground. Use a chassis ground always....in this case, 1.03 is the correct showing voltage (which is high as you know) Hope this helps! :nice: Bobby

Misfiring, Stalling, Fuel Pump Stays On!

    lifters still good?

As with your last sentence...this is somewhat normal when an engine sits for a little bit of time. They {lifters} tend to 'bleed' down, thus allowing you to 'push' on the rockers and they give a bit. When you finish your install and first crank/start the engine...don't be alarmed at the...

    a/c question...first time diagnosing..please help!

If the compressor was completely 'dry', you'll need at least two cans of R134A and I'd HIGHLY suggest the oil lube as well. SOunds like it took the 134, but was simply not enough..don't forget the OIL!!! Let the system cycle for a bit after you add the can of oil lube. If you don't hear...

    AFM powerpipe vs UPR pipe

Well....as you know they're both designed for the same thing/purpose. The AFM unit is a high dollar piece...and it's metal (maybe aluminum??) and the UPR is plastic. The AFM will heat up eventually from the underhood heat..while the UPR will not {as much}. They're both nice pieces..but I...

    How much is too much?

You will lose bottom end (torque) but gain up top (HP) A power adder will spice your combo up a bit. As to say they're too much...nah...I don't think so. But without some sort of power adder (or lots of compression) the big valves will definately hurt you down low.. Good luck ;-)
