    Checked injector #1 with a noid light and it was good. Then I ran a cylinder balance test twice and both times it came up as Code 90, all cylinders good. Ran KOER again, same codes as earlier (94/44/13)

    255 pump is too much for just bolt ons. You'll burn it up if you run low on fuel too. Go for a 110 or 155lph until you get forced induction.

    Sounds like a good bet to me... As far as I know there is nothing in the 92 wiring capable of making a beep. A chime yes but no beep. I'd bet it's the remains of some 90s aftermarket alarm system.

    Just put on a new TFI. From a cold start, same problem as before. No change at all. Yes the PIP is new too. I notice it stumbles and struggles until about 2100RPM, at which point it clears up.
