    you can move the IAT . Have to check to be shure, but the two outside wires are for the IAT, you could make longer and use maout the IAT in the inlet tube.

    lightly lube the new bearing and the inside where it slides on when you put it back together. Did you decide what you are going to do?

    why worry about the IAT if power is not a factor. Why would anyone care if their intake were 20 deg hotter or colder if you don't go faster.. I don't understand the point. I don't care if you test, but why?

    unless you go FI, you don't need a larger or different MAF. I learned the hard way about changing the MAF and screwing with it. Find another mod.

    take it to a shop to fix. No offense, but if you have to ask about the problm, I suggest getting a professional or at least someone that has done them before. It is a real PITA with basic tools and you need a specialty tool. I the car was put on a rack, someone would find the problem quickly.

    actually , non modular people that look under the hood , like when at the track, ask questions as to what that is down there with nothing on it. It never bothered me but I agree that some probably prefer no pulley with nothing going around it.

    The car comes with platinums, I've seen them good for 80+ k. If adding performance mods, you may change. for more mods , increase in timing or nitrous, I recommend copper over the platinum. Your plugs should be fine for a while. Air filter, fuel filter more important to check and change.

    no documented Ets to show that any CAI will perform better than a straght K&N on the MAF, under the hood. The graph is cool looking but unless you do the test on one car or the other, doesn't prove anything. Piece looks clean for homemade though.
