    Dissapointed in the new Stang

Lets not fotget the suspension as well. Ford really did a nice job on the suspension of the new GT, just check out the stat's. Yet alone the hp its producing for a GT.

    Predator tuner

My has helped out a ton with one exception. I am running lean from 2k to 4k, possibly due to the MAF. Although the MAF meters out fine, other than that its perfect. With the limited mods I have I am pushing 255rwhp and 297rwtrq. Has anyone else had an issue running lean we went all the way...

    3.73 vs 4.10

Gotta go with you on this one. Its like being in two seperate car clubs, one has 3:73's and the other 4:10's

    4:10's vs LS1

Couldn't agree more 4:10's is a huge jump even if your on the highway. HP helps most at top speed but from light to light you can't beat having 4:10's and good tires. Yes hp helps of course but gears and dr's on an average street race is more than enough.

proper shifting technique to get the fastest time in ur quarter

Find a secluded side road and practice there. First practice your launch 1st to 2nd then when you think you got that down cruise at about 20mph in 2nd and slam 3rd. Keep practicing 2nd to 3rd until you mastered it. Most beginners with manuals screw up 2nd to 3rd, so at every stop light try to...

    Driving with 4.10's....

Do what you want but try to find someone w/4:10's as a everyday driver and ride with him. Trust me you want 4:10's best mod you can do.

took the Bullitt to the track

Just curious but with the Bullitt is your stock shifter a long ass throw like the GT's. Other than that good times.

    Subframes Installed

I need sub-frames something feirce. With 4:10's, x-pipe, & exhaust the back speakers and the acessories shake like crazy.

Every shop says 3.73's over 4.10's

Well its your choice but 410's as a daily driver is fine thats why you have 5 gears. On the highway just leave her in 5th when someone wants too run drop it in 4th and your tires will bark the R's go up and bam hit 5th before you know your at 120mph easliy.

    nitto nt555 drag radial

Hey LS2 lets not jinx yourself. :D I am getting ready to slap on some nitto's 555 these 4:10's are killing me with the stock tires, exspecially in the rain. Although stock tires are fun to burn up!

    4.10 or 4.30

Everyone has their preferance, so add up what you wanna do with the car and go from there. I love my 4:10's w/Dr's (you are gonna need them) and I drive my stang every weekend sometimes during the week on nice days. 5th gear at 70mph 2300 RPM's I still get pretty good gas mileage. But on...

    Need a Chip

Well I guess it depends on how much you wanna spend or what else you want to do with the car. Myself I love the Diablo Predator I just bought, but a lot of other people say the SCT chip is the way to go. All in all go to a dyno when you definently tune your car rather its a hand held...

    Called Firestone for an alignment...

Just a ? but I am going to work getting my suspension this winter for next year. Should I just get the springs and chamber plates at once then work on my shocks and so forth. I am most definently getting the sub-frames, since I installed the exhaust plus gears my whole back speaker cover and...
