    Timing Chain?

The set is cheap enough, might as well get the new gears with the new chain.

    Lower TB Welding Importance

I had mine bolted for a while, then I welded them. I didn't feel/hear any difference, but I had gotten rid of the reason for the cracks(SSM lift bars). You won't need to get them welded as long as you don't have solid bushings (front and back) on your LCAs.

Is my car going to be a dog?

I would take some tools to the track or dyno, pull the spacer out and see how much power under the curve you get. Longer runners help torque but hurt top end HP. You'll get much more than the "10HP" from a PROPERLY ported intake, the Cobra has more room than the GT-40s for porting. 1.72...

    odd compression results...and fuel question.

Fuel lines are removed with A/C disconnect tools, get the plastic set for ~$12 from any auto parts store. Compression does sound strange, I assume you held the throttle to the floor?? I would retest, going in the reverse order from the previous test.

Will firmer Shocks fix this problem...

The permanent fix would be a panhard bar, a way around this is to move to solid/spherical UPPER control arm bushings. DO NOT use solid LCA as the torque boxes were never meant to handle the lateral loads and will crack.

Guys using Scorpion rockers and Twisted Wedge heads come in.

They'll fit, you may have to grind on the sides of the valve covers, mostly the indentions of where the bolts are. I recommend the FMS rubber gaskets or similar. They have a steel core and will likely outlast your motor.

Should I Go With A Bigger MAF? & Different Air Intake?

That setup does not look bad, others (like BBK) have the MAS situated too close to the radius which throws off the MAS with the different air velocities. You may pick some power up top, but don't expect more than 10~15.

    Question about Tremec shifter

I have the Steeda Tri-ax on my 3550 and it does make a difference. The stops are a plus, but the location of the handle can be adjusted as well.

I have $1000 to spend, help.

Personally, that tire slashing/sagging would bug the heck out of me, I'd get a rear coil over setup. A panhard bar would also be on my list, it helps the feel/control of the car, even if you go in a straight line.

    Fuel pressure

I wouldn't trust the CPU telling you about a lean condition with it's narrow band 02s being it's guide. 45psi is about right, have you changed your fuel filter lately? Timing seems a bit low, have you tried higher? I suggest seeing what 16-18 does. If your lower intake is stock, you are really...

    Vaccum Tree Delete?

Yup, no problems and a cleaner engine bay!

Does the GT500 come with HID lighting?

The very first car I ever saw with HIDs was the Mark VIII, it was years before more cars started using them. But I agree, it should at least be an option on Fords high end 'stang. I'm sure the aftermarket will provide something.

Is this fuel system set up safe for 9lbs of boost?

With an FMU you will need a pump that will support the 50-60+PSI load it will put on your system. Going with the larger injectors/custom tune will keep the fuel pressure at the stock settings. I suggest getting an inline booster pump and spend the $ on some dyno pulls where the A/F is...

What to set Fuel pressure at?

White smoke is water vapor, probably just the condensation in the exhaust but could also be an intake/head gasket leak if it's a bunch or if it keeps puffing well after warmup. A rich condition would be black smoke. Check your plugs after a WOT run (don't let it idle if at all possible). They...

Electric cooling fan, whats the best route to go?

I just have it on a toggle for the time being, just two wires was all that was needed, but you'll need more for the two speed setup.

    HEI or Duraspark?

Duraspark can be used with an aftermarket coil and distributor and will work pretty well. My buddy had some problems with his HEI setup, even with aftermarket parts.

Idead of poor running new engine???

What injectors? If still 19#ers I would bump the FP to at least 45 psi, 24"ers should be 38~40. Check your TPS. Did you reset the CPU? Larger cams will want quite a bit more fuel down low, you can play with the TPS to get around this, but a part throttle tune would be the best. My cam is...

Electric cooling fan, whats the best route to go?

I got the Mark VIII for ~$150. It is similar to the 94's but with a thinner shroud. Keeps my ~450 NAHP motor right where the 195 Tstat dictates. It also has the two speed option which would help keep the fan quieter or draw less amps if either is a concern. I suggest at least a 1 quart overflow.

    Rich or lean?

the bucking is a lean condition, with your larger than stock cam I would say you need some more fuel down low as larger cams tend to require. I could only fix my bucking/bad low end performance with a tweecer tune. No fuel pressure adjustment/tps could.

    is my computer dead?

What year is your injector harness? There is a recall that is supposed to fix your symptoms by adding a "jumper" harness. Mine also had this problem after the recall, I just cut and soldered every wire sealing with heat shrink.
