    In the MM&FF mag they had an ad for C&L that said the plenum was 119. It would be a better piece and wouldn't be that much more.

    Ok because I think it's useless in the rain. I drive without my foot on the floor, I average almost 19 mpg in town in my car so i don't beat on it. It just does nothing when for me when it rains.

    The more you describe the more it sounds like a blown gasket. I just am not sure how vulnerable the heads are to warping on the 4.6's. Hope this helps. I'm sure someone with more experience with the 4.6's will tell you for sure.

    hotmustang331, I can lay down a good amount of rubber on the 1-2 and it kicks from side to side. the 2-3 shift is a bit better but I have had quite a few times where it turned on the traction control and you would feel it (on the 2-3 shift).
