    Buzz / Rattle at ~2,000rpm...

There is also a TSB for center stack rattle which involves removing (cutting) the two exhaust hangers that fit into the transmission crossmember. Not sure if this is your issue but if it has not already been done to your car I would do it anyway as it does help remove some powertrain vibs from...

Just Curious ( Lowering Springs )

I have the full basic kit (not the stage 3 kit) comes with springs, shocks and sway bars/bushings. This kit lowers the car 1"n the front and 1-1/2" in the rear and I like the ride I get with it, firm but not harsh. The only draw back to it is that it is not adjustable like some of the other kits...

Just Curious ( Lowering Springs )

Other issues besides proper dampening to match spring rate is that depending how much you lower the car you could run into a condition where the shocks could bottom out because you are moving the range of motion or travel to a different position in the stroke of the shock. This would be an...

    Oil additives

That's interesting, I often wondered just how involved he was in the company or if he was just a figure head. HMMMMMMMMMMM.

    Oil additives

It seems there has been several threads discussing what weight of oil to use and how it affects cam timing and what I'm curious about is how certain oil additives may effect cam timing as well. Why I ask is because I have seen Carrol Shelby promoting Z-max (on the speed channel) as a product he...

Is it possible someone bumped your car and the fuel pump safety switch cut out. I believe the reset button is behind one of the side kick panals. I thinks if this happen it should still turn over though?

    Sirius Antenna Location

I place the antenna just above the rear window (centered) and hid the wire between the window and the body of the car. You could also put at the edge of the trunk by the rear window, but I think they recommend it to be on the roof.

    Warm Weather Problems - Bogging/Pinging

Also make sure the rubber gasket is installed between the sensor and the housing so there are no air leaks.

    Warm Weather Problems - Bogging/Pinging

I'm just going to throw this one out there. Is it possible the air flow sensor is in backwards. The little open window should point toward the incoming air flow. I have heard of people installing this sensor backwards and have drivability issues. Probably not what is happening here, but thought...

    Warm Weather Problems - Bogging/Pinging

Have you checked out TSB 06-9-9 for 2005-2006 Mustangs. Not sure if this is your problem, but might be considered.

    Warm Weather Problems - Bogging/Pinging

Personally I would contact Brenspeed for their advice. They have an excellent customer service culture and I'm sure they will be able to help you. Having said that, the above suggestions are bang on and are certainly worth a try. To all the others, could this be a fuel pump issue? I know...

    Spark Plug question

I'm no tuner, but could be a slightly lean issue and you could try adding a little more fuel at that RPM range to see if the problem gets any better. I would contact your tuner to be sure.

    Glowing Headers

I don't think it's not all that uncommon to have headers glow. I think it is very dependant on how much HP your making. I had a friend back in the day (late 70's) that had a 6-71 blower on a big block chev that routinely glowed the headers to the point that it looked like you could poke a screw...

    Annoying Squeek

Could this be a sway bar bushing squeak? I had to lube the rear sway bar because it was squeaking. I also had a squeak at the drivers side inside pillar trim. It seems the little metal clips that holds the plastic pillar cover to the car squeaks when going over even small bumps. I thought this...

4.10 gears too much for all season tires?

I have 4:10's on a N/A engine and also drive it all winter with no issues. You can always start out in second gear if you find first gear too useless. Personally, if you plan on going to some sort of forced induction I would stay with the stock gears(assuming you have 3:55 gears)as I have heard...

    Brand new 09 Mustang smoking

My car blows blue once in awhile and I think it is pulling oil from the crankcase vent hose. I have put a in-line separator in but still get some oil up the line if I do not empty it regularly. Strange thing is that the separator will only fill about 1/3 full and then will not come up any...

I have only had dealing with Brenspeed when it comes to tunes and have great things to say about Brenspeed. You can get tunes from just about anywhere but customer service is what you rely on when you need help, and Brenspeed is excellent in this regard.

    Need help using 3M tape

Thanks for all the advice. I think your right Emay, will try and apply the spoiler in hot weather an see what happens. I do have another question for you about the cervinis ducktail. The one I have seems to a little short, as in when the spoiler is centered on the trunk it is about 1/8" shorter...

    VIBRATION!!! Please help!

What I was getting at is that you can have your front wheels balanced the same way large trucks do, on the vehicle. Doing it this way you can take any vib that might be present in the whole rotating assembly out. Road force balancer are also great because they will expose tires that have a lot...

    VIBRATION!!! Please help!

Another thing to try and if your shop has the equipment is to have them spin the front wheels up while on the car. Back in the day I used this method to pinpoint problem vibrations. You can also balance front wheels on the car as well. It really is a process of elimination until you can narrow...
