HOW to USE NITTOS!
Approach the Waterbox drive around it! try not to get tires wet.
Start burnout and hold at 3700 to 4000rpm immediately or very soon your Nittos will start to heat and your RPMs will suddenly drop under load! You are READY and the Nittos are Sticky!
LAUNCH HARD! and Stick...
Exactly my point. What they are talking about is not unlike a spoiler on an Outlaw car such as Dan Millens. There is a huge difference between a drag spoiler which is meant to smoothen out the airflow exiting off of the body while creating the least amount of drag possible (not lessening it...
Well maybe you can tell me when F1, or NASCAR cars add more wing (increase the angle of the spoiler, thus increasing the downforce) it slows the top speen they can attain down?
I don't know how you can think you can have downforce and decrease drag?
Link me to some scientific articles...
Better check your principles of flight again. Then again maybe them Wright Brothers are all wrong. 4 factors apply here. Lift, Gravity, Thrust and Drag. Tell me how a spoiler or wing creates LESS Drag please.
PLEASE tell me how pushing the clutch in twice (totally unneccesary BTW) is putting LESS wear and tear on your clutch etc. Double clutching is USELESS unless you have a tranny without syncros or a clutch brake like a big rig.
Double Clutching is something truckers do. Even then it is done so as to not engage the clutch brake. You dont depress the clutch fully. What you are doing simply gives yourself a workout.
If you are going with the Nitto 555's on teh front, dont go any smaller than a 275 in the Nittos, they fit a little narrower than usual. I have 275/40's on a 17x8 wheel and they fit fine. I have the 555R's in 315/35 on a 17x10 wheel out back
