    Need help

Yeah I will eventually fill them in. I have a Black '06 and I like the sleek look. I am putting on the CDC duck tail tonight or tomorrow, I purchased the one with the frenched in pony emblem, I think with a clean shaved back and just a pony emblem it will look sleek. I am thinking about doing...

    Need help

I've done searches on every board and have not found the answer so I'll ask. I want to remove all the badges off the Mustang but I want to know what I've got to patch first. I know there are two pins to locate the GT badge on the fender, how many pins are there in the GT trunk badge to help...

    GT 2-Day Test Drive

I've owned every body style Mustang since the Fox body, and I can say that the old 5.0L stock is nowhere near the speed and power of the new 3V. The 5.0L feels like it's got more torque off the line but I think that just throws off the calibration in your butt. I will agree with you that...

    Push Button Start

If you push the button while the car is already started nothing happens. At least the way I wired my button nothing happens. And yes I pushed the button to find out, seems you and I have the same types of friends. Jason

Anyone using a CPR racing fuel rail for nitrous and saleen blower?

Could you flip the fuel rails and run the braided line across the firewall and connect them to the rear of the rail instead of the front of the rail? I could see that making a cleaner install, but I haven't pulled the rails on the '06 yet to see if I can put the left on the right and vice...

Just traded my 67 GTA for an 2006 "Pony Package"

I have to agree with the rest of the group, is this indeed isn't some sort of dumb joke then that was a dumb move IMHO. I can't say you got taken because you knew what you were doing, but you could have sold a matching numbers GTA on the open market for enough to buy a loaded GT. Jason

    New Rims

The 18X8.5 is $410.00 each, the 20X9.5 is $485.0 each. I'm waiting on pricing back on the other sizes available and will post it as soon as I have them. Jason

    New Rims

I think I've settled with a 19X9.5 / 18X8 combo to make the stepped look a little more pronounced. Thinking about a 285/35/19 in the rear and a 255/40/18 in the front. I am waiting to hear back from the dealer on the avilability and the overall height of both rim and tire combos, like you I'm...

    New Rims

The available options through Weld on the Forgestar are 19X9 19X9.5 20X9.5 20X10.5 I am waiting to find out if a 18X8 is available. What do you think about a 18X8 up front and a 19X9.5 in the rear? Of course I'd have to go with a 280 series tire with a 9.5" rim. Jason

    New Rims

I'm not as concerned with price on the tire as I am with fit. Although in looking last night I couldn't find a 305/30 or a 305/35 in any brand. What is the largest 19 that you guys are running right now? Does anyone have a 19X10 on their car? Jason

    New Rims

Yeah that's what I'm starting to think myself after reading this forum for the last 2 hours. Thinking about a 19X10 w/ a 305/30 for the rear and a 19X8.5 w/ a 275/30 for the front. With a 1.5-2 inch drop that should be perfect. Jason

    New Rims

Also if anyone is a Weld dealer send me a PM. I am talking to one company now but they are being really weird and I don't have a warm and fuzzy. They are offering 18X8.5 with 255/35's and 20X9.5 with 275/35's both sets of tires seem awfully small to me. Also what is the correct back spacing...

    New Rims

I'm looking at adding some Weld Forgestar rims to my '06 GT. Thinking about a 20" rim for the rear and 18" for the front. Can anyone give me some help on width and tire sizes to go along with this combination? Does anyone have this size combo on their car or a similar size to give me some...
