    I had the same problem on my 67. I just left it that way. I tried the loosening and pulling and what not, but it did not work. Then the horn did not work so I disconnected it. It looks nice though as long as you don't look at it from behind and see the gap. lol :D :D

    Don't fret. put the money into it, and you will be pleased. Put in 1,200. to 1,500 into it, and you will have a better car than if you would of bought a beater for that amount of money. That is the way I look at it.

    rpmclassiccar.com has them pretty cheap. The whole set for door panels, and pillars. Accepts Paypal too.
