    Mini Spool or 31 spline traction lock?

    Mini spool with street driving...from what i hear look to be replacing it often.Somewith to do with the cornering force on the spool itself...i dont know. Not worth the work. I would just find a 31 spline trac lok 8.8 diff.

    First off...why in the hell do you have a open diff? If its 31 spline that would be something you would actually have to install at some point,since v8 mustangs come with posi. If you plan on driving it on the street stay away from a spool. Get a quality unit like a Auburn or something.

    Anyone try this brand for your Sound systems?

    Diamond audio is good, ive never ever been a fan of JL I much prefer the smaller Independant companies like Fi,Digital Design or even Elemental Design for subs. As far as Name brand I run 2yr old Infinity Kappa Pefects..been stone liable or I also like top of the line MTX subs.

    cool thanks FordKid..thats basically what im lokoing for a street car set-up. This will be my first automatic car in years...my Lightning was a automatic ofcourse..but thats an totally different animal. How does that conv. and valve body do on the street/highway...in everyday driving?

    Performance Products Typhoon...

    Anyone using the Performance Products Typhoon intake on a 94-95GT. If so let me know what you think. Ive seen it in a test or twoin MM&FF on FoxBody 5.0's and its always done "fairly well" but for the price it seemed hard to beat. If anyone has any input just let me know. Thanks, Vince

    Yeah thats TOTAL BULL***** that kit was NEVER sold by Ford. Its a Dominator kit and they added like 400lbs to a Mustang. And that was if you stuck witht he 15x10 wheels. They had a small following in the late 80's early 90's but then died like the junk they are

    The older Alpines may have lasted you 20+ years but not the new stuff. I have been pretty UNimpressed with thier new decks. I have never beena fan of Pioneer....they buttons on the headunits they make just feel cheap to me. Pyle is total junk, walmart quality. I had a JVC in my Lightning it...

    Thanks reddy that will be a great help as the Stang im looking at is a 85 with a slushbox. Of course i would prefer a 5spd but a swap can always be done...or i could mod the AODE. If i DO get this Stang it will be my 6th and my FIRST with a overdrive automatic.
