    Well, lucky you! :nice: The supply shortage is for cars with scheduled production in january. Ford issued this info dec 15, trying to make dealers delete IUP on placed orders.

    It is probably because you ordered the IUP. Frod has not anticipated the demand for this option and can not deliver right now. :notnice: Just hang on to your order, in time they will resolve this....

    Found that article on their website. Agree it looks awesome, interesting reading too, but is it mineral grey? It looks more like graphite grey? I also love those wheels, too bad they didn't make production.

    I have a mineral grey Gt on order. Plan to put silver shelby racing stripes on it. My friends say I should go with black or white instead. :confused: :shrug: :rolleyes: What do you guys think??? :cheers:

    Things just keep getting worse for those who have ordered...

    I think Ford has sold more interior upgrades than projected. The order guide projects 40% IUP cars. Turned out to be 80% and this has caused a supply shortage of some part of the package.

    What did you have to do besides add the side mounted turn indicators? I guess you had to rewire the parking lights since they can't be orange over here? I have one on order from canada and am trying to figure out what kind of mods i have to do get it approved. At least the speedo is in kmph on...

    New Stang tops out at 143?

    Agree that a top speed of 143 is not quite in line with the rest of this cars performance. And the speedo stops at 140? WTF even my truck/SUV has a topspeed over 150 mph! And it is rock solid at top speed.

    40th anniversary

    Right, there exists no MY 64 mustangs. BUT you should start with a 0 not 1 in your table and then you find that 2005 is the 40th anniversary model. However, like somone said before, Ford needed a way to sell 04's and knew that 05's will sell on ther own merits without stupid anniversary badges!

    Interior and Exterior Color Choices

    Have a mineral gray with red interior & IUP on order. Will put twin 10'' shelby stripes in silver on it. Legend lime with black interior & IUP was my second choise.
