    Incorrect....head and intake swap, along with any other bolt-ons, have no negative effect on SD performance. Problems occur when a cam selected is not compatable with the SD perameters....remember SD is VAC dependant so SD freindly cams would be required...and there are quite a few nice...

    At idle? wow you must have one hell of a pump in that engine. I see 60 and a bit cold and 45-50 HOT....that's with 500 miles on the latest engine and 10w30...same with every fresh engine I've delt with using a standard pump. Far as I know anything over 65 and the standard pump uses a relief...

    A pair of any alum heads painted will apear stock...you want sleeper then you sacrafice power. Stock intake is VERY limiting for a good set of heads..even ported IMO and any decent cam will kill the sleeper theme, but yet again the correct cam will be limited by the flow/power curve of the heads...

    yes the air is functional as far as I know....whole car is wired in factory style..alot of effort on details. Underhood looks like ford put the engine in from the factory...blew my mind.

    That is not going to be a fun car at all...cam is very wrong for the intake and heads IMO.......heads are oversized for CI's and injectors will likely be fine since I cant see it making very good power at all.

    Ford rev limiter kicks in at a touch over 6200rpm, the 7000 rpm you saw was tach overshoot. Mine is actually off by as much as 1000 rpm at 4500.
