    It sounds like your intake is cracked. The gasket maker material is worse than the plastic gaskets that Ford uses.

    I autoX'd mine for years. First thing first, weight reduction. Strip it down to the sheet metal. Tires are #1 in autox, brakes #2 and then suspension 3. Power doesnt do much unless the course it long and open. I autoX'd with porsches on tight tracks so having 300+rwhp hurt more than it helped.

    If its leaking "again" you may have something else going on. Where is it leaking from?

    If its happening when the fuel is low in the tank, its a fuel pump problems. Ford pumps arent like Chevy's which will leave you stranded when they die. Fords tend to die slowly and then leave you stranded. I'd swap the pump, cheap fix.

    Yes a cam can cause a rough idle but tuners should be able to smooth it out. Contact COMP to confirm if they have a recommended idle RPM and if it is a street cam. My bet its not the cam.

    Honestly it sounds like a fuel issue but if the pressure isnt dropping at the rail, thats an odd issue you are having.
