    AEM

Noobz, I think you've got the aem ems system (which is awesome) confused with an aem cold air intake.

    recommended tuner for supercharged 5.0?

9 times out of 10, its going to be an sct chip and your local dyno tuner. Or you can go the DIY route and buy a tweecer/quarterhorse. But there is a decent learning curve.

    What's a Good Engine Paint?

A lot of engine and high heat paints have ceramic in them. When you think about ceramic coating headers. It insulates a lot of the heat. I could see how you would get some minor heat trapping spraying a block. But not nearly enough to notice on your gauge.

    92 supercharged notch

I've got spintechs on my car. Bbk longtubes and offroad h. They are loud. But I drive my car once or twice a week. They are fairly raspy, and with the offroad mid pipe they pop on decel some. But they sound awesome under load.

Which injectors are right for me?

That's not a very good idea at all. I don't see a situation where a stock block will support the power to require 80lb injectors. Then the fact remains that driveability is going to suffer with an injector that big. As well as the ability to tune it with little experience using the moates or...

Which injectors are right for me?

Which injectors are right for me?

If you're still running stock heads and intake. You should have no fuel problems with a set of 42lb/hr's and a 255 in tank pump. My t70 @ 10lbs on a stock long block only ran ~65% duty cycle on my 42's.

what will this make my 89 mustang sound like?

Seems like a decent deal if they will ship everything for $40. If your going from a stock like catback and stock mid pipe, to longtubes, an offroad h, and MAC catback. It will be a lot louder.

    E303 cam surge

I've been told that in a stick car. At very low rpms and lower speeds you will get a little bucking. My tfs stage one does it as well.

idle quality hard start when hot surge, etc

How much vacuum are you pulling at idle? Say around 900-1000 rpm.

Fuel issue: 92 LX Vortech V1 w/wideband gauge

If the o2's are disconnected it will just force the car into open loop. Which forces the computer to rely on the maf transfer. I wouldn't sweat that too much. But you still need that fmu connected. Installing a 255 in tank pump won't change your a/f. Because you still have the fuel pressure...

    equal length or unequal length?

For the advantage your going to see in a short tube, I would go the unequal route. The equal lengths usually rub on the subframe, and plug wires are a PITA to keep out of harms way.

Fuel issue: 92 LX Vortech V1 w/wideband gauge

So, are you running a fmu or is it tuned? The cobalt is an actual wideband, with a designated o2 sensor? So it will get up to 14.8 at wot? Thats pretty lean with forced induction.

    88' 5.0 HO/5spd in 91 4cyl/auto

I swapped an 87 5.0 and t5 into my 92 4 cyl. auto. I want to say 91 harness is different from the 92/93, and 87-89 harnesses. I found a 93 harness and maf when I did my swap. But you might need to find another 91 5.0 harness. Unless you want to swap the interior wiring out too. Your o2...

    I want to go turbo!?

I'd say it is the crank stress, along with the increased efficiency of the turbo. If you make 550hp at 14psi on a centri, and a turbo can do it with 12. You've got a little less cylinder pressure to deal with. That's how I understood it.
