    if you run an intercooler you would proably be ok, just need to keep the egts low as possible. 8psi of peak boost is not to bad, If it was my motor I would either bring down the boost or bring down the compression.

    I would not pay anyone to hone a block for me. Honing takes 20 minutes and requires little if no skill at first and anyone can do it. Just go done to auto zone and buy a hone and do it yourself.     door seals, wing vents, front windshield rubber. the sources for a leak are har to track down. I gave up years ago :notnice: I would lean towards a seal problem with a rubber somewhere.
