    Put a T56 Tranny in that thing, get a forged bottom end, reinstall s-trim, go full length headers/xpipe/exhaust. Send it to Tim at MPH and let him perform his magic with a good tune and any needed additional bolt ons. Go and smoke your wife's Cobra!

    Longtubes, Xpipe and good catback for starters. Underdrive pulleys, gears 4.10s if you don't plan to add juice or supercharger. CAI, Throttle Body/Plenum and a good tune should put you in low 13's with some drag radials on the rear.

    Something worth considering is FRPP P/N FMS-M-5400-A which is an entire kit w/shocks, springs and anti-sway bars. The kit will drop the front and rear 1" and the whole entire kit is $395 from Summit Racing. You can replace your shocks AND springs AND sway bars with better than stock units.
