    If you take the honeycomb thingy out it will fly off the hood (or buckle in half) lol. i've known someone to do that.... :notnice: however, i guess if there's a hole in your hood under the scoop, might lower the chance of it flying off or breaking the scoop. but yes, with nothing under it...

    Yea i'm a little bored at work... According to the TX Drivers handbook available online that was revised in 2004, on page 2-3 (or 21 in adobe) you do have to have a license plate on the front and rear. Really glad we don't have that in NC... good luck on the petition!

    it's pretty much the same thing, just the chip is seperate from the key. so they could have the key (somehow) and still not start the car.

    on the STI, they are harder to steal. There's a chip under the steering column that you can take out and the car will not start w/o it. so i guess theives could put it on a rollback and steal it that way, but driving off with it...can't w/o the chip. (I only know this because a friend has one...
