How do i lessen the Flowmaster drone?

I've heard that headers and crossovers decrease on drone...dunno for sure  I've got both on 2.25" pipes into 40s and tailpipes out the back, no drone whatsoever

    Supercharger or Nitrous?

I don't think there is anything wrong with nitrous...but as you said...it's kind of a hassle. For our basic carbed cars it's just too much of a PITA for a street application in my opinion. S/C :D

Pics from Pony Car Meet, Stockholm, Sweden

Those pics are great, a lot of really clean cars. Is that a big meet in Sweden where a lot of people show up, or more of a local show?

    rear bushing problem

Yep...take the bolt out and the new bushing will fit right into the hole in the leaf spring. But the bolt back in and yer done. I'd jack up the rear end of the car and brace the leaf spring though.

#2- How do I get the bolt out for the rear leaf?

I had to take the blade to mine...and it took forever... Went through a few blades til I finally put money down for a nice titanium one, that did the trick.

introduction of 05 stang influence value of classics?

I think it will, especially for FBs...not that they're not already popular and expensive. I think it largely depends upon their popularity though...the retro thing hasn't done much for other cars, but I feel the stang definately looks alot better than the thunderbirds and PT cruisers *yuck* If...

need help cant find aftermarket pulleys for my stang.

March makes em for just about everything... I know when I was looking awhile ago I was able to find them  Is this what you're looking for? http://www.marchperformance.com/pg36.html

    Tires wearing funny...

I actually had that same problem...this was before I had it aligned again after the new suspension setup however...I don't know if it's fixed yet

    Car audio- NOT CUSTOM AUTOSOUND

I have 4 speakers, 2 subs and one amp...it's a 5 channel. Problem is...I'm an electrical dumb@ss, so I had the local stereoshop deal with hooking them together... it CAN be done though. The OTHER problem is the 5 channel amp was pretty damn expensive (400 or so) =\

    Car audio- NOT CUSTOM AUTOSOUND

a decent head unit will cost you at the very least $200 Subs can be had for about $100 each (or ALOT more, depends on what you're looking for) The trick is going to be finding an amp for $200 to keep it in your budget. I got my stuff from www.onlinecarstereo.com most local shops rob you...

Drop Springs + UCA Drop = still too high. any recommendations before I cut my coils?

I've got 225/60/15s up front. Ah, that coil spring insulator could be something to look into. I remember they offered two sizes, one would keep the car stock height (cancel out the 1" from the springs), and one would let it drop the full inch. Might want to try going with the skinnier one?

    Car audio- NOT CUSTOM AUTOSOUND

I actually got the basic idea from PCH way back last year, but it looks a little different, here it is. Nothin beats those kickpanels he's got though. http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/338909/6

Drop Springs + UCA Drop = still too high. any recommendations before I cut my coils?

Damn, I lowered mine 1" drop and 1" from the 620#s and it's sittin with JUST enough clearance to turn the wheel fully. I can't think of anything else with the exception of putting more weight up front or just cuttin em. I don't know how much this would change things, but where is your battery...

    Lowering A Arms

Yea, I just taped my template to tower with all four of the holes cut out using an utility knife. I put the bolts through the existing holes to make sure they fit then sprayed the two new holes with orange spraypaint. When I took the template off I had two orange circles that told me exactly...

    This can't possibly work

Lightning is a S/C 5.4 modular? Massive shock tower fabrication...or completely removing them and finding a new setup for front suspension? Anything is possible with enough money...but that would probably be a toughy.

    Torque Convertor

You want it to match your powerband. No point in getting a higher stall if the power is all down low. For the street...I wouldn't think anything above 2800 max would be too fun

Do I need new valve retainers and stem locks?

Well, awhile ago I had a new cam put in, and rather stupidly didn't put in matching springs. I finally have some money and a little more experience to the point I feel I could put em in without a problem. My question is, should I just put in new springs or go with kit with the retainers and...

Best rear for a '66 coupe

If you're gettin a whole new rear go with a 9", it's even used by some chevy guys because it's that damn good. An 8" would be fine if you weren't gonna be pushing too much power, but why not go bigger for a little bit more. You could spend that much for a brand new rear from Currie or some...
