Your best bet is going to be to strip down to the bare bumper( with sand paper or urethane same stripper. Next you need to clean it very well. If there is deep scratches or nicks in the cover you can buy flexible filler. Then use a adhesive promoter and flexible primer.:D
I have a buddy running a 306 w/alum heads, vortech, and equal length shorty headers. He has a problem with plug wires not lasting very long. I was wondering if anybody could reccomend a good set that will take the heat better.
Just check with your local body shop, it should only take about 1/4 pint of base + the clear shouln't cost to much. The good old fizz can will look terrible.
I have been helping a buddy with his sc 306 mustang, and he needs to get a tune. I live in southeast iowa does anybody know the nearest place to get this done. thanks
I pretty sure his is a s trim running low boost and it does have the fmu. I know it also has a different throttle body and maf, I will have him check and see what they are.
I guess he might have an issue because I think he is running 24lb injectors. He bought this car with all of this stuff on it and were trying to fix the issues. Agian thanks for all the help.:D
I am helping a buddy work on his 91 with 306 alum heads and vortech. I was curious if it neccesary to run the trex pump if he already has a 255lph pump in the tank. thanks
