    Too much info to write about the difference between DOT 3, 4, and 5 brake fluid. Do a google search and decide for yourself. I went with DOT 4.

    Name brand don't matter, just make sure it is DOT 4 and bleed it through the whole system. Don't use the DOT 5 if you find it. Makes brake pedal too hard.

    Are you talking about the harness that runs over the top of the transmission? If so, I have not pin checked it, but I will when I remove the transmission from the car and before I take it somewhere to have it rebuilt. Did your car have the same problem I am having, no upshift?

    The tranny is a AODE (E=computer controlled). I am sure it has no vacuum lines. The check engine light is not on, no flash or anything.

    So, if the Shelby drop only nets a 1/4" drop, is it worth doing? I was thinking of just cutting a half coil of my old springs to drop it a little. Sounds like cutting the coils would be the easiest way to go..... 1/4" isn't worth anyone's time....
