    I never had to use a tool to put them back in drop the lower control arm all the way down make sure the tie rod is disconnected and to compress just use a floor jack under the control arm to push it back up

    That box has the relays for the radiator fans and the fuel pump so it cant be removed unless you have another way for controlling the fans and the fuel pump it can be relocated in the fenderwell
