    They are only temporary anyway - but Im hoping she'll stick. I cleaned those puppies like i wanted to eat off of them. Then used the correct temp paint, and temp clear. Time will tell.. :)

    My ride is a 68 but Im not following any "original standards" for my car. I figured ford got to build the mustang how they wanted all those years ago. Now I get to build the mustang I want. That red engine looks really nice.. Probably the nicest 6 I've seen.

    Where do you have leaks? I went with the best possible gaskets, and seals from what I've heard. I guess time will tell though. I'll keep you guys posted.

    Anyone seen a sealed cowl?

    couldn't you just weld something up and paint it black - I think it would look pretty much stock but get you where you want to be to run hidden wires. I've seen some people put their MSD box in there to hide it.

    Pulling the engine

    Everyone mentioned the major points.. I can tell you from just finishing this job myself. It was easy. I too never did a job like this, and it should be easier for you, as I was alone when pulling the engine. Took me about 1 hour or so. Good luck - post up some pics when your done.
