    I'm pretty sure my 70mm Accufab doesn't whistle but i can't hear it over the exhaust and wind noise anyways

    High Output, i don't know the power difference offhand between HO and Non HO though and what year the switch was made.

    Don't forget that's a non HO (right guys?) so don't expect the same performance as the later 5.0's.

    Mine is an auto to 5 speed conversion, The difference was HUGE. My 5 speed is much faster than my auto was.

    You could buy bigger around tires lol I feel ya, i have the same prob with my 4.10s and the 23 tooth. Mine is off about 10 or 12%

    Thanks for the good write up, yes i just cleaned the iac the other day and it had no effect. I'll monkey around with the tps soon. I appreciate the knowledge and time it took to write that up.

    Ok, so once i get my base idle set with the IAC disconnected the car will still surge if you lower the rpms to near 600, by surge i mean it revs between 500 and about 800, The surge will almost completely go away by adjusting the screw to about 900 rpm's. Any ideas what might be causing that...

    It idles at 1000 right now with the IAC connected because if i lower it via the set screw to anything less it starts surging. So just try upping the idle way up and see what happens? Can do. I'm not sure if its normal also but it wont run if you unplug the maf either, it also will not run if...

    I tried doing this and when i disconnected the IAB/IAC and try to start the car it cranks and then dies.
