    That depends where the GT40 heads are from. Cobra GT40 heads have 61cc chambers (I can verify this fact later but don't have my resources at hand) and the Explorer GT40 heads have larger combustion chambers. Tim

    In the Fox mustang the EGR is internal, the EGR gases come from the inside fo the heads, through the center of the intake, and out of the EGR spacer into the intake charge instead of an external EGR setup from the header to the upper intake like SN95s have. It's not problem buying a GT40 intake...

    I used the FRPP 65mm on my car before I did the Fox TB conversion and loved it. I tried to get another 65mm, but lost the auction so the only reason I moved to 70mm is because I got a good deal. IMO, you'll be good to go with 65mm. Tim

    Yes it's possible, it involves moving pins...most people do the swap the opposite way Cobra cluster into GT!

    Personally I'd save the stock h-pipe for emissions inspections and get an off road x-pipe for daily use (it's cheaper too). I just put a "high flow" catted h-pipe on since I just moved to a state with a visual inspection and the car feels like it's exhaling through a straw with the "high flow"...
