    They do sound good without cats don't they. I'm running a Mac off-road h pipe and Borlas and my car will set off other cars alarms when I idle by in a parking lot. When I bought my car it had a tick also, drove me crazy for six months. Turned out to be a pinhole in the welds on the BBK shorties...

    Don't even think about the bolt on sub frame connectors, the weld in is what you want.

    I would just hang on to them until you get a few better parts. Once you replace the heads or at least the springs go ahead and install them then.

    If it's not high temp I don't think it's going to last long. A good quality high temp paint should hold up though.

    I'm running Mac long tubes with a Mac H pipe and I love them. I think you'll be just a happy with the BBKs. When I switched from shorties to the full length I picked up a little bit more useable low end power and a deeper tone.

    Installing Sub Frame Connectors?

    I welded mine on myself using a set of ramps. It would have been alot easier if I would have had a lift but I like to do all the work on my car myself that I can. It dosen't matter how well you know a shop they don't love your car like you do.

    Amp Advice

    The Kicker ZX is an awesome amp as well. Always been a huge fan of their speakers and I have owned several sets but never a Kicker amp. Got a friend that has one in a 350Z on a pair of Alpine 10s and it sounds great. I think you'll be happy.

    LRS rear control arms.....

    I know money may be an issue but the Megabite jrs are what I have on my car and they made a world of difference. I don't really know anything about the LRS control arms but I would rather wait a little while and save the money and get the better parts.

    I have a buddy with a Pypes x pipe and he wore a hole in it from it scrubbing. The BBK exhausts are alot better product.

    +1 on the rear disc and 5 lug conversion. The stock drums are just not up to par with a moded Mustang and the 5 lug will give you alot more options for wheels.

    FM modulator, I was a little drunk last night and didn't think of that. I agree about the wireless ones, the one my buddy bought was crap. The sound quality was awful and if you were on the interstate you lost the station every 45 min.

    It's really one of those "crap how much is that going to cost sounds" when you break an axle. Sounds alot worse than it actualy is though. I snapped mine the first time I went to the track with slicks and nitrous.

    Seems like a good deal but I have never heard of them either. Thats the drawback with ebay, you can get great deals but you never know exactly what you are going to get.
