Ok guys, gimmie your best stories

my 67 coupe: cigar lighter: looks as though NEVER used.. ash tray filled with ashes, cigerette wrappers, and mars bar wrappers. dash wiring: some unused wires with spit ends just left there, some parts held together with hockey tape, some weird fuse or something taped to it (still no clue...

    Classic Mustang Exhaust

IMO, and from what i seen, or should i seen heard? : if you know what your doing and you do it right you can make a 289 sound better/louder than a 427. i'm honestly not sure why this is, it could because of the bore:stroke ratio, or mabey because of the great vilocity - either way some 289s...

    My first stang... 64' Stang..

yea, thats true, but does it really matter? the car WAS physicly made in 64, not 65. though the vin will tell you diffrent.. i think that the 260 is a grat motor, don't see many of them. nearly everyone and his brother has a 302 or a 351 (nothing wrong with that, great motors). nice to see...

    wheel and tire suggetions

that sounds about normal for a mustang (back spacing) for the rear end you need to slide under the rear part of the car (trunk area) and measure how big the "bubble" is. is the shape a circle? or more of an oval?

    Painter/Artist for Mustang needed

FYI if its a design or a picture or something like this then you need someone to airbrush it. if its solid colours then u need someone to paint it. stuff like gold leaf and pin striping can usually be done by people who are good with air brushes.. although people VERY rarely ever get gold leaf...

congrats, "classics" are the best by far... for that problem sounds like there may be somthing wrong with the torque converter if she wants to die in gear at idle. and i agree fix that trunk and clean her up good :).
