    My brother just bought a '06 Cobalt SS.

    i got beat by one in the my turbo coupe ..... the thing came by me hard in 3rd gear and the thunderbird is good for mid 14's . theres a black cobalt down here at MIR ive seen it trap like 106mph .... there lil supercharger almost sounds like a mini 03 cobra haha

    i have never really kept track myself ... i know with the new goodies so far hellion turbo kit 5000$ trans brake , billet servo , hardened input shaft , planetary set 750$ turbo blanket 120$ radatior and fan set up 100$ and thats just in the last 2 months , more to come

    im 20 and on my 3rd fox body , has a 79 v6 stang that never made it on the road , an 87gt and now my current rite an 88gt . my Big Bro is 28 and is on his 2nd which is an 89 saleen my father is on his first which is a 86gt

    you can get a hellion kit for like 4995$ then upgrade to a 76mm for another 500 i think . so dart block , turbo , big injectors

    id say a dsm would make a good dd for sure ....dont know how they act in the snow though . if your anything like me anything i get my hands on i have to mod ....then comes parts breaking ...and so on and so on .... maybe dsm for the winter , and stang the rest of the year if money...

    i think they typically run street stick just that friday ....... im not sure if they do it the whole weekend i know they did not last year . usally street stick has 2 cars or so in the 10's but with the ford race some of the mild street cars may be running ...... but it def is a blast...

    well ive been through a couple combos stock motor low 13 sec car stock motor with spray low 12 sec combo heads/ intake 12.40's heads/ intake / spray 11.60's granted they were all fun in there own way , the nitrous was great i never went through too many bottles so it didnt add up...

    oh i have a blast bangin gears in the thing ..... on my 14.9 passes i just had a k&n cone filter and some et streets on the rear for a whooping 2.0 60ft , boost was at 15psi then i got a manual boost controller turned it all the way up and was pegging the stock gauge , took the exhaust off...

    hmm maybe some tune up issues ? no idea , i think mine averaged 25mpg with some heavy throttle driving
