    yea he's right, although the pressure is important for tools, you need capacity when painting. Dont forget though, most guns, especially gravity feed airguns use very little pressure. Im pretty sure my fathers new gun can work on 8psi, but thats not the issue, its how long it can be used.

    Cant say if you hurt anything. I doubt the chemical did, but the scrubbing may have. When Im working with really dirty stuff I usually put some gas in a bucket and soak it, then use a paintbrush to clean it up good.

    I have a hurst pro comp stick on a pro 5.0 base, its a really nice setup. And when I had a stock setup, I just put two nuts in as spacers, instead of spending money on those solid bushings. That made it feel alot nicer also.

    fwiw, I really think the gt40 intake is the best of the bunch. For specific combos, yes other things can beat it, but generally Ive seen that the gt40 gives great power all over. and it looks cool.

    A 3 foot fall is very short. Depending what it fell on, im sure it chipped or got scraped, but I would be suprised if it bent. And Im not too faliliar with camshafts, but how would it shatter? Think of it hitting the lifters time and time again, no problem. I dont see how it could shatter...

    I doubt the cam bent. Its made to spins millions of times, a little fall shouldnt hurt it. Where did you buy it from?

    I once seen a c3 vette with a built engine and twin whipples. I heard it was unstreetable, but I think it was more in the radical engine than the two superchargers that made it like that.

    I agree, the money you used for a minor upgrade in intake, could get you a major upgrade elsewhere.
