new mustang rear seat in a classic?

Sorry for diggin this one back up but did you mean 3000gt rear seats? the 2000gt was made by toyota only in japan from 1967 - 1970 with only 337 cars being produced And the rear seat you ended up using was an sn95 seat? that does not look like a 3000gt seat

    750 Edelbrock carb tuning issue

I had a mopar guy who has a pair of challengers which got about 800 horsepower each adjust mine, he mentioned that the 600cfm may not be large enough and I should step up to the 750cfm. Edelbrock says otherwise, they suggest the 750 cfm for 408CI engines and higher. I got him to set my cruise /...

    750 Edelbrock carb tuning issue

Did you end up getting yours straightened out? I know you have an automatic, but is the problem aparent at 1500 in all gears? I am running the same series carburetor in the 600 cfm form with an electric choke, and I am noticing a dead spot when I punch on on for a second or two and then it...

Looks like someone never posted more pictures??? :( I have the earlier fox body seats with the box headrest in my mustang right now, it looks like you had them in yours too? Im guessing the sn95 front seats blow away the fox body front seats comfort wise??

    Centerforce clutch question

It did not need the washers with the same bellhousing on the 289 though. Anyways I havent had time to check my timing yet, but I did adjust the clutch linkage slightly and it seems a little better, my dad thinks it is normal and I should just jet my carb because it seems a little rough.

    Centerforce clutch question

My dad mentioned that we may just need to adjust the where the clutch linkage hooks up to the threaded rod coming through the firewall, centerforce along with most clutch manufacturers recommend adjusting this during and after the break in period

    Centerforce clutch question

I am running 3.73 rear gears my engine dyno'ed at 426hp/430tq at the flywheel when I got it, and I have noticed no difference in power since then. Is there any possible way that I could be losing compression or power only when trying to take off? Would droppin the clutch at 3000RPM be a good...

    Centerforce clutch question

No actually I am not sure it is the clutch, what else might you think it would be? I do not really think it would be engine related as the engine runs fine at any time other then when engaging the clutch from a dead stop. Maybe it is just user error and i should get used to it being this...
