    zex dry is fine and if you have a window switch and only spray above 3000 rpm, you don't have puddling problems with a wet kit. The puddling is not really an issue with the dry kits. NX is wet.

    by cycling the fuel pump on and off , you make sure to have plenty of fuel and fuel pressure at starting. sometimes a dirty fuel filter can cause this as well.     where the two pieces connect together is where the clamp goes. do not tighten that up until all is fit together and tight with manifolds. tighten it up once in one position.

    first off, the A/F guage should not be trusted for problems, it is little more than pretty lights. Are all the injector connections snug. If you turn the key on and off a couple of cycles before cranking will it do the same? Hot and cold starts? Did you change the fuel filter?

    spend the money on cams and head work. Most of the aluminum intakes are still not going to give huge power gains , only an aluminum intake that can be ported. Still better for FI applications.

    Ford is fine, I prefer Moser or Strange. FRPP 31 spline diff. or Eaton 31 spline unit. If you broke an axle, I would also get a bearing kit for carrier and axles. Do you already have gears?
