How can we make a custom 64/65 speedometer?

So you want to keep the sweeping speedo and idiot lights?? I've seen white replacements, but i dont think a CF one is avail. You'd likely have to cut a piece of cf to match shape and have a vinyl graphics guy make a you an overlay copy of the stock cluster. If you do go this route, i can refer...

What cam to choose (250-300rwhp build)

I agree... The tfs1 would be a great choice for your combo. Makes good power, is very streetable, inexpensive, and even passes smog!! I made ~300rw with a similar combo of edel6037s and a rpm intake using that cam. Im all for a custom ground, but for less than 1/2 the price you cant beat the #s...

    Best drag radial?

yea even 5k on the bfg's is a stretch... The NMRA Drag Radial class doesnt even allow the MTs, so that says something about how well they perform. Practically every car in that class runs a BFG ( I wanna say a Nitto sponsored car runs them too :D), and theyd have no problems putting those cars...

    Best drag radial?

How many miles do you drive on it a yr...how important is traction, willing to sacrifice life? As for the best hooking, the MTs would take the crown, followed by the BFGs*1st version (goodyear has a DR out now, supposedly comparable to the MT). General rule of thumb, more hook, less life...

    Spool?

Parking lots, carshows, drivethrus, traffic merging, any low speed turning situation. Youll find yourself doing more 3 point turns as well. A taller softer tire like an ET street will make it easier, but ppl who crusie much have complained about them eating up drag radials faster. I just dont...

    Spool?

Im usually the last person to hesitate in removing the creature comforts from my cars, but IMO I dont think a spool belongs in a street car where there isnt an issue of power ravaging drivetrain parts. Your supposed to enjoy driving the car.... Yes it is a cheaper route, but hey maybe i need to...

anyone elso store there mustang this way?

check out carcapsule.com and .net. One has much better pricing, but the 18&20 footers will run from 350-400+, im sure ebay will have cheaper. Its pretty extreme, but if my car wasnt a hack machine id reconsider it

    Side Exhaust

kind of a 'one or the other' situation... Running them under a sfc would leave you cringing with every sight of a driveway. Some options are notching and boxing the SFCs or running the SFC thru the floor inside the car.
