    Only thing it needs is a valve cover gasket.It just spots the ground thats why I have the plywood down. I hate spots.That is rain water standing. It rained most of the morning and all nite.

    I did as described above with my factorys.My 97's I sanded then painted with VHT Niteshdes then I put 4 coats of clear down wet sanded the clear with 1500 and then 2000.Then buffed them with poorboys ssr 2.5 then 1. Then a good coat of sealer.

    If the paint is still good and you don't want to do a repaint.Tape them up and wet sand them 800,1500, and then 2000.Polish them with a buffer and your choice of polish{I heard that a power ball will work also} and give them a good coat of wax. Thats how I did mine.They looked new other then...

    17x10.5's & tailpipe clearance...

    I have 17x10.5 FR500's with 315's.I run a Magnaflow cb.All you have to do is adjust your tail pipes before you tightn the clamps <rotate the pipe inward>.You will not have any problems.

    I run 17x10.5 and 315's. The only rubbing I had was on the quad shocks.I flipped them and then damn things were hitting the dust cover for the shocks every time the shock would compress.So the quads went in the trash and all is good now.
