    The wetsanding was part of a touch up job that they threw in for free since some of the scratches got bigger when they were buffing it. He told me that normally a touch up job is $100 bucks extra.

    I got both of the motorcraft batteries from Ford under warranty. I went to Auto Zone this last time and went straight to the Optima Red Top. From everything I've read, it's a great battery so we will see.

    Get the thump_rrr tensioner. Do a google search or go to modular fords or s197forum.com and search for him there. It will solve all of your tensioner problems and most likely your belt problems. Its expensive, but it sure beats shredding a bunch of belts all the time!

    Get a spec stg 3+ with the Light Pedal Pressure option. It will absolutely retain the stock feel of the pedal and has enough slip to be daily driveable. It will also handle anything you throw at it with the power output you have.
