    it looks like you get more surface area contact with the pulleys from that diagram, but I am sure it is negligible and should be a second concern to belt on belt contact like 68stang points out.

    Hey Team - I don't know if I have titanium gray or smoke gray. 89 white lx 5.0 vert with some kind of gray interior. I am trying to get some trim online (:rlaugh:) and i don't know what to get. anyone know the history of these colors?

    the frp kit is just a braket that moves the power stearing pump up near to the A/C just to be clear.

    there is also deoxit, an electrical contact cleaner that is great with potentiometers. vintage audio guys swear by it. radio shack. probably use that before wd-40 but who knows could be a ripoff too.

    are you sure you replaced/investigated the thermostat? because at 10:09 you were going to try it and then 10:34 you said that the problem wasn't solved. i'm just saying is all.... the thermostat is on the block, not on the radiator.

    These only come in 16's tops and are similar to a stock mercedes rim that also comes chromed and/or in 15's. if they were available in 17's i'd try to use them when i upgrade my breaks to keep the stock, sleeper look. Then no one would know that I could stop real good.

    they could have put it on by taking on and off a pulley. what if you got a bigger pulley somewhere along the line. the accessory wouldn't spin as fast, but at least it won't spin out.
