    No not at all. I'm working on a setup that required cutting a 5.4L intake. This was prior to welding. FWIW - the 03 setup doesn't work, it's too big. I used a custom Spearco.

    I have them. It was the best interior mod I did. I got them through a dealer for classic soft trim.

    You are looking at close to $5500-$7000 to do the conversion. A lot of the cost is based on who will be doing the work.

    I talked to the guys at Whipple last week. They weren't planning a 2v kit, this is because they supply Saleen with their twin screws.

    That's not true. They will be used on OEM vehicles for years to come. It's a proven technology that has been around for a good long while. Remember not everyone is looking for 500 + RWHP.

    He's talking about the 2.2l whipple race kit. It's considered a race kit because it has no provisions for EGR.

    I would guess that on the high side you are looking at $1000 - this would include some fabricated parts if Saleen wouldn't sell them to you. Your biggest expense is going to be the heat exchanger and water pump.

    It appears that you are missing one of the vacuum connectors on the back of the inlet tube. Also, you do have the hose that connects to the bypass, that should be T'd so that you have another vacuum line coming off of it.
