    Same here, I like the fact that normal driving its not to loud but when you get on it they will hear you coming.... Its your car and if you dont like it change it.

    Are the front control arm bushings the ones I need to replace? I looked at stangsuspension.com and found some there for $89 but they are for a 83-93. If they are the ones I need were can I find them for my 98gt?

    Ok here is the story. About 18 months ago I had a pop coming from the front of my car when I turn. It turned out to be the rack, so I had it replaced. Now the pop is back. Could it be the rack is bad again? Could there be something else causing this problem? Anyone else have this problem...

    exhaust ideas?

    I like the Bassani X and Borla combo, not to loud for normal driving but when you get on it they will hear you. Before I purchased my exhaust I talked to some local Mustang owners to see what they were running, when I heard the combo I liked that’s what I went with.

    Need Help! 96 cobra ticking noise at startup

    I have the same problem it doesn’t happen all the time so that makes it hard to troubleshoot. I dropped my stang off at the local ford dealer and they just gave me the deer in the headlights look. :shrug:

    So today I get in the mustang to go to work. When I start it there is this loud rattling noise coming from under the car. It sounded like its coming from my X pipe. My guess would be one of the cats. The sound stopped before I arrived at the office, I will take it to a muffler shop today but...

    You cant go wrong with the clear or the smoke. I have the clear ones and I think they look bad azz.. I bought mine on Ebay for about $30 less then what the other guys were selling them for.

    why do X pipes sound "bad"??

    If you get the wrong combo of muffler and H/X pipe you might end up with a bad sound. I like the sound I get from my Borla's and Bassani Catted X. You can go to www.mustangexhaust.com to hear some good combos.
