    I'll look at it again but at my first glance it looked pretty OK... Another one of my fears is that I'm already on the way to a custom 2 piece crankshaft... from the time I notcied the problem to the time I got home it had gotten CONSIDERABLY worse. :(

    Yes. If I hold the RPMs around 1500 with the car sitting still it feels like the fillings are going to come out of my teeth.

    Starting sometime Monday afternoon my car started vibrating wildly and it gets worse all the way up through the RPMs. I've determined the motor mounts are in good shape and the balancer looks OK. I'm thinking maybe the flywheel threw a weight or something. Any ideas???:shrug:

    Wild Strawberry was used from 91-93... I think... Thats the color of my car, but after 12 years it doesn't look NEARLY that good!!! Great job man!!! :nice:

    Definitely go the hairdryer route. A little heat works wonders. Bug and tar remover is good for getting the leftover adhesive.

    Heatercore hoses from firewall leaking

    Since you have an '89, there wasn't anything to swap over... Starting in '91, IIRC, they started putting restrictors in the inlet hose to keep pressure from blowing the core at high RPMs.

    Its a bit of a tight squeeze, but a good pair of gloves will save your knuckles. Don't forget to get the restrictor out of the 5/8 hose or you'll be doing a heater core sooner than later.
