    Will these springs work?

    Go with the Eibach pro kit or Saleen springs (made by Eibach) You will be ok with 1.5" drop. I would suggest spending some money on quality struts and shocks. The factory pcs. are basically junk after 40k plus miles. I would also add some caster/camber plates.

    As stated by dsg_gt2004, you should be ok. To let you, the rear O2's are actually just monitors for the cats...making sure they are working/burnig efficiently. The aftermarket high flow cats that I have seen, work great.
