    i bought a 750 speed demon for my 351w and now i have decided to go with a 418 stroker. will i need to go a size or 2 bigger with my carb it will have a 205 or 225 head on it.

    i doesnt look like you had the heads milled after you took them off. if you heads are warped .010 the you will msot likely see the low comp. # on the end cylinders.

    i found th etwist loc lines, do you hav eto use clamps for the fittings it really doesnt show you. and i think i will do the dual lines form the regulator and a return from the regulator as well. i guess i will get the aeromotive a2000 4 port bypass regulator. does anyone feel that something...

    i am looking at FPRs and notice that only a few of them have the 9/16 inlet and outlets my demon carbs has the 9/16 fittings should i use the 9/16 thruout the entire fuel system including lines or if i use 3/8 fittings will this result in a pressure drop? i was planning on using 1/2" braided...

    i would reconsider using stock headers, and like mr kwik stated the heads are going to be the weak link you can shave the heads a bit for a little bump in compression and do a .030 over and a mild cam.its really all going to come down to the actual little details in the reassembly process but...

    are you running solid lifters, if so they are quite loud. at least mine are, i run 1.6rr and a non roller cam as well. it is loud by nature.

    yeah i went with the demon carb, i really wasnt comfortable buying the edelbrock just from some of the hype i have heard. the demon was twicw as much but know i know i have a good carb. i think i will pull my intake off tonite a get started on that. i have a 1 inch spacer but it will be replaced...

    well i went with the 750 speed demon with the kickdown and mec. secondaries. the tech said that the mech. secondaries will work fine on either tranny. now i gotta do a little intake work on my torker any advise on porting and polishing this thing?
