    Cruise Control (which one)????

I think any mustang 88 to 93 will work, but I am not 100% on that. Mine went out 2 years ago and was lucky to find one of the same year. Here is a bigger check list if you don't already have it and if you need any more info on checking certain things, I can get that as well. Sounds like...

No more Trailer Queen in FOTM?

If it is a nice car doesn't matter how it is driven in my opinion. Other cars have a chance to win just as well.

    NOVEMBER 2008 FOTM

Do they have a website? I look like more info on them. Those spindles look beefy, yet light weight, and I have been looking at something different for my setup.

Could a water pump be powder coated? I was curious since it would have some seals inside of it.

sn95 maf with 24lb injectors in foxbody

You really don't need those injectors for the mods you mentioned. The 19s will be fine with the smaller mods you mentioned unless you left something out. Do your mods, leave the 19s on there and use the SN-95 meter.

    Driveshaft removal help/ideas?

Heat, Heat and More Heat! I finally got those stupid bolts loose! After the Propane torch, then the Map gas, a 1/2" and 3/4" impact gun that didn't even budge the bolts. I was talking to one of my neighbors and he suggested an acetylene torch turned down. Basically he came over with his...

    Driveshaft removal help/ideas?

I heated up the bolts until they were red hot. It was actually starting to melt the pinion seal, which I am not to worried about, since I am replacing it before it is all done. I also forgot to mention that the back wheels were up on ramps and I have the front up on jack stands. I will...

    Driveshaft removal help/ideas?

Alright guys I am trying to remove the drive shaft so I can remove the transmission. The 4 bolts that hold the flange are really stuck, my heavy duty 1/2" impact wont even budge it. I have tried soaking them in PB blaster and WD40. Also tried heating them up, along with a big pry bar and the...

    Removing the fan blade?

It is real easy to change out the fan. You can change it out with factory style replacement or you can replace it with a metal one. Basically take the fan shroud loose and move it back so you can gain access to the front of the fan. Remove the fan and replace it. Your might want to...

    Build Question

Fuzion, I know that this has been debated on here several times and I do agree with your findings, about the computer adjusting the fuel, but I don't think it does upon start up. I figured you were getting a tune or at least I would strongly suggest it with using the bigger 30lb injectors...

    need a computer whiz!

I would take it apart and re-seat the hard drive and or cables. Also look for broke solder joints and or ribbon cables. You may have broke something on the fall and a new hard drive won't cure that. But then again it could be the hard drive that failed as well, I would say you won't know...

    ALMOSSTOCK's polishing website

Thanks for moving the site Tim and good to see you are still around, haven't seen you post in awhile. I used to look at Almostocks site mainly just for inspiration, now it is back.

    ALMOSSTOCK's polishing website

Plating Powder Coating Buffing Anodizing - Caswell Inc. Metal Finishing Forum and eastwood company forums are both good resources. The server that Almostock was using is either down or gone and has been for awhile. Or if you have questions there are several here that know a bit about it.

    Build Question

You might be alright with the stock regulator, but since you are going with 30s, I would want to be able to adjust it better. As for the balancer I have heard good things about the Pioneer units and the Professional Products units, but I would go with a SFI approved unit no matter what...

Your next Project or unique car....

When I finally finish with mine, which at the rate it is going will be never, I plan on fixing up the 69 chevy truck. It has belonged to my Mother since October of 68 and is in need of a redo, only 78,000 miles on it. Plus it will be my tow vehicle to the long distance shows.

    Build Question

It would depend on how many miles you have on the car. Personally, I would do both, but if the car is lower miles and with a good inspection of the balancer you could reuse it for awhile.

    302 - 306

For some reason I was thinking he already non-stock heads and intake, but after reading, its all stock, so no on the cam, as NikwoaC stated it won't yield you enough yet. I would only suggest it if you were changing heads and intake both. The stock cam is a fairly good cam what the component...
