    Predator gear ratio tuning

    Does it matter if I have an Autometer gauge cluster in my car? I used the Diablosport Predator to change my gear ratio to 4.10 and then installed the tune. It said the tune was installed, but when I went for a drive the speedometer was still off. What gives? :shrug:

    Now that I look at it, I have the one that has the top that bends back. It was the handle that came with the shifter when I ordered it. I like it alot! :nice:

    8.8 rearend oil change

    I was kinda confused myself. I put 4.10's in a couple weeks ago and used the Royal Purple oil. I thought it should have taken more, but it was coming out after a little over 2 qts. :shrug:

    Not real sure what the comfort handle is, but I have what I believe is the regular handle, and I really like it. :shrug:

    I have already done the search, it seems there are alot of people that like the 265 and some who hate it and like the 275. It seems like its nearly a toss up though. Does anyone have any good pics with the 265 and/or the 275?

    Anyone have or know of how this size tire works or looks on a 18x9 rim? I was going to put a 265/35R18 on this size rim, but I am having a hard time finding the size in what I want to buy. I have heard that a few people have put the 275 on instead. Just looking for some input.

    First mod debate...

    You're talking about the UPR o/r X, very interesting. I have one on my car. I first installed a Magnaflow catback, it sounded good but not loud enough. Then I got the UPR X and it definitely improved! It sounds quiet and innocent at idle, but when I get on it, it is loud as hell! :D

    You are right, the stock shifter BLOWS! I would replace that first, I have the Tri-Ax and really like it. Then I would get some gears thrown in....4.10's! :D

    Gears

    I just put 4.10's in my ride. I was debating on 3.73's or 4.10's for a long time, and I decided on the 4.10's. I LOVE THEM! Definitely do a search on gears though, you should come across alot of threads. :nice:

    That's exactly what happened to me, they were impossible to get out! :mad: I made sure I fixed that problem when I put the new ones back in though. Next time they come out it will me much easier and they won't be destroyed. :D Glad to know I wasn't the only one who had problems getting...

    ABS sensor

    It's not hard to do. Just make sure you use some good penetrating oil or WD 40 to loosen up the sensor, mine were in there pretty good.
