    heh that stuff has actually been keeping my room mates cat off my car while i await my valve spring compressor tool I ordered to come in on monday so i can finish my work and put her back together (for some reason the cat wont jump on anything where there is clutter so i just left it)

    A few tinting questions

    I have 20% due to the high amount of night driving I used to due and didnt want to screw my car up trying to see behind me with 5% tinted windows (lots of alley ways and other areas where my friends lived, lots of 3 point turns and stuff)

    yeah i would take it in. somethings telling your alternator to overwork and its overcharging your battery.

    Does a K&N really make a difference?

    hold off and if you were to say want to get a Cold Air Intake kit save the money for that since it comes with one. and yes I notived a difference in accleration with my filter, less lag.

    Wierd noise coming from 01 GT

    if it goes up and down with engine speed and load it could also possibly be your torque converter. Ive seen a couple with those symptoms. usually really load though.

    every 30k and use a 75/140 full synthetic diff lube. I switched up to full synthetic in my tranny aswell and it falls under the every 30k too.

    Valve Timing Electronically Controlled and yes the timing takes over at higher RPM and leaves the intake valves open longer to let in more air/fuel

    Shock replacement

    shocks last about 50,000 miles. as far as the squeaks go its prolly from your lower control arm bushings as they dry out and need to be replaced. mine started the isntant i lowered my car.

    uh yeah hmm uh good luck, I just picked up that tool at kragens for 12 bucks and after all the years in wrenching i can say some tools were so worth it compared to the alternative. you can try but there is a chance you might have a big dollar mistake with your rear calipers(compared to 12 bucks)...
