    HELP! Car won't start...

I can only assume that your talking about the starter solenoid with the above quote. Go back and check your wiring. Might be helpful to get a shop manual for your ride. On your solenoid the post closest to the battery should be your POS post and post on the opposite site will be for NEG. The...

    Ran my Cobra at Monroe

Your 1/8th mile time would indicate a mid-low 11 timeslip which just isn't going to happen for a stock Cobra. The potential is there with some simple upgrades, but not stock. Sounds like the track may be an issue here. My suggestion would to be to take it to a full 1/4 mile track and get a...

    I'm getting some free turbos...

Too small... The KKK 03 is too small for your application, yes one would work, even two would work. The only problem is your 289 would produce enough energy to spool these little turbo's too quick which would result in too early spool. This turbo is primarly for smaller engines to allow easy...

    '68 convertible front spring Q's

I have a '68 Convertible with a 289 and the front end is way up in the air. What coil springs are out there that you would recommend to drop the front a couple of inches to even out the stance. Should I start by taking a coil out of the stock springs or just replace them altogether? TIA

    '65 Mustang GT brake question

Thanks for the reply. The last GT only has 62K miles and has sat for awhile. The current owner said he purchased the car this way due to the brakes being severly rusted. Is there a donor car that I can correct this with OEM Ford parts? i.e. Grenada, Thunderbird and so forth...

    '65 Mustang GT brake question

I'm on the hunt for a '65 - '66 GT. I've looked at two in the past weeks and both appeared to be "true" GT's however, for some reason the previous owners converted the disks back to drums!?!? Was there an issue with the early Ford disk brake system? Both cars had the correct master cylinder...

    Cellphone coverage...

Verizion and Nextel have great systems in the Pugent sound area. Every company has their own little issues. Your best bet is to go with the plan that works for you and the company that provides you with the best coverage that you work and play.
