    First time at the track

    That's not to bad for your first time ever. My first time was in an 89 gt with hard street tires. I got beat by some idiot in a 2.2 liter turbo dodge charger. I think the time was like 10.38 in the 1/8th. :nice:

    Need sugestions on clutch upgrade...HELP PLEASE!

    I used a King Cobra clutch in my red car and a HD ram clutch in my gt. I do not recomend the ram for a dd. The king cobra clutch was almost like stock. +1 on the throw out bearing and pilot bearing change. I never used an aluminum flywheel. I have heard it will put a few more ponies to the ground.

    +1 on the pi swap. If it were my car I would do that. You can make some good HP just swaping out the topend of the motor.

    Are MSD Coil Overs worth the money?

    +1 for the accels. I did not see a huge gain, but did improve mpg a little. The good thing is that they are better than stock and the are cheaper than a set of stockers. I believe a stock cop is about $60.00 and the accel is $29.00.

    CobraRed_96_GT Yes, they are $550 but you get $100 core charge back for your stockers. They are stock regrinds.

    houston performance 292s regrind cams. I am sure someone is going to have something negative to say about regrinds but $450 for the cams and the sound amazing.

    I have a pro chamber on mine and it sounds good. But, I think an x-pipe sounds better. Just my 2 pennies.:shrug:

    to Install a higher stall Torque converter or not?

    I went with a 9.5 inch edge racing converter, trans cooler, a deep trans pan(+2 quarts), and a P&A valve body. My car leaves hard from a dead stop. But, this can be a pain when you are driving down town light to light. It ran good with just those mods and some bolton's. It made a big difference...

    Go with a power adder. N/A is expensive and you can make a lot more power with a blower or turbo set up.

    UPR performance fuel pump for 99-04 mustang. This is not a bolt in. You have to hack up the plastic bucket to make it fit. For $10.00 more you can but the SVT focus pump and drop it right in. With the same lph.:jaw:
